My Background
Welcome to Destination Possible, a hospitality consulting service. My name is Carl Dittmaier. I have been involved in business management and hospitality for more than 30 years. I have run my own businesses and worked for large companies such as Hilton, Walt Disney Word and major casinos in Las Vegas. I have held a Director level position for the past 15 years. My goal is to use my experience in food & beverage, retail and hospitality to help you grow your business or your career.
